Beat Life offers DJ's with the experience and skills to exceed our clients' expectations in every event category from corporate to weddings, schools to resorts, clubs to concerts, and even private parties. Our talents have been honed to perfection through experience in over 3000 shows. We communicate with each client to clearly understand their vision and ensure that we play all of their favorites. We are also skilled at reading the crowd. With an encyclopedic knowledge of music spanning all eras and genres, we can create any mood and when it's time to turn up the volume, we guarantee to bring the crowd to its feet!!!
How It All Started
Dustin Anderson is the man behind Beat Life. Born in Orlando, Florida, his interest in music began as a child when he performed alongside his father at Downtown Church Street Station. He went on to act in local dinner theaters and attended the Dr. Phillips High School Theatre Magnet Program. As a songwriter and lead singer for two bands, Soul Hive and Filo, he performed throughout Central Florida in local clubs and venues such as Hard Rock Live, House of Blues, and Sea World. Dustin spent time in Los Angeles where he honed his DJ and musical production skills. In addition to his work with Beat Life, he is a partner in DNA Music Group, a record label that has worked with a number of up-and-coming Central Florida artists. Dustin’s performance skills and his passion for music serve him well as a DJ. He is a powerhouse emcee with a broad knowledge of music and professional mixing techniques. With 15+ in the business, Dustin has done it all. He is truly a DJ who "plays from the heart!"
